The Custom Design Process
We make custom jewellery easy and enjoyable. Here’s how it works:
Initial consultation
Meet us in person at our Collins Street studio or book a virtual session. We’ll learn about the occasion, your design ideas, budget, and timeline.Design and planning
We sketch and render your design, refine the concept with your input, and help you choose the right diamond or gemstone. No pressure, no upselling.Handcrafting your piece
Once approved, we handcraft your jewellery. This process usually takes 3–4 weeks. Complex or detailed work may take longer.Final checks and delivery
Every piece goes through strict quality control before it leaves our hands. We then present it in premium packaging, ready for your special moment.Lifetime care
We offer lifetime cleaning, inspection and polishing. We also repair, resize and remodel pieces as needed.

Joseph George is a master jeweller and designer with over four decades of experience. Trained in traditional European methods, he brings a rare level of technical skill and creative insight to every piece. He founded the business in 1976 and still leads every custom project.
